Peter Hartley (he/him) is a born and raised Londoner. He is an experienced FCAMPT Physiotherapist who completed a post graduate Masters of Clinical Science at Western University. Peter graduated from Western University in 2014 with a degree in Kinesiology and returned to complete his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2017. Peter is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). This designation is an industry-leading certification for professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes and teams to top levels of performance. Peter's treatment philosophy is rooted in evidence-informed care. He practices using the most up-to-date research available in his practice.
Peter has a strong background in athletics and is a Certified Clinical Athlete Powerlifting Coach. He brings his passion for active therapy with a foundation of strength and conditioning into his treatment to ensure that patients get better and stay better. If he isn't in a treatment room, he can be found training lifters in the squat rack.
Peter strives for success in a person's rehabilitation journey and thrives when the process is fun! He creates a comforting environment with his optimistic outlook and brings a sense of humour into his rehabilitative approach. He also uses an array of tools from his post-graduate education including manual therapy, dry needling, and has additional training in concussion rehabilitation and vestibular conditions such as positional vertigo, vestibular neuritis, and migraines.
When not at Physiohaus, Peter can be found exercising in his home gym, working on home projects, or working on improving his disc golf game.
