Miriam McLean (she/her) is an experienced FCAMPT Physiotherapist who completed a post graduate Masters of Clinical Science at Western University. She has internationally recognized qualifications at the highest level in manual therapy in Canada.
Since 2012, Miriam has been working as a Physiotherapist treating patients of all ages. Miriam loves connecting with people to determine not only the cause(s) of their symptoms, but to learn their overall lifestyle goals in order to help them return to their favourite work, sport and play activities.
Miriam customizes treatment for each patient and may include manual therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, movement re-education, and a healthy dose of positivity and enthusiasm in her care. Miriam brings additional experience in treating vestibular conditions and concussion to our clinic and is always up for a new clinical challenge. Her ability to assess patients with detail and precision is what makes Miriam a sought-after mentor and guest lecturer at Western's School of Physiotherapy.
When not in a treatment room in clinic, Miriam can be found in the Runlab where she helps runners meet their training and race goals.
Miriam is an outdoors lover, traveller, a long-distance runner and a budding yoga and rock-climbing enthusiast. Be sure to ask her about her about her extensive trip through Asia!
