Physiotherapy can help with the specifics, but how are you getting aerobic & general exercise with the gyms/rec centers closed and all that super slippery ice out there? Getting out for a walk is one of the limited options right now 🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏾‍♀️! Some ideas to make it safer⛑️?

Head down to Springbank Park/Thames Valley Parkway where the path is cleared and salted 🏞️

For some extra grip, invest in a pair of crampons or traction spikes for your shoes ❄️❄️
